Terms of service

What is prohibited

Everything else is subject to the laws of the country where the server is located. Violations lead to service suspension without refund.

• Spam and bulk messaging without recipients' consent.
• Phishing and sites impersonating other organizations.
• Distributing malware and running botnets.
• DDoS attacks and scanning other networks from our addresses.
• Child sexual abuse material — without exception.

Payments and balance

• Prices are in US dollars and the balance is kept in dollars.
• Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency. Funds are credited after the transaction is verified.
• The minimum top-up is $5.

Renewal and suspension

• Services renew from the balance automatically 3 days before the term ends. Auto-renewal can be turned off per service.
• If funds are short, the service is suspended on the day the term ends.
• 14 days after suspension the service is deleted along with its data.

Refunds

Within 48 hours of ordering, the unused amount is returned to your balance. Withdrawal from the balance to crypto is available on request via support.

Account access

The account number is the only way to log in. We don't store it and cannot restore access if it is lost. You are responsible for keeping the number and your two-factor key safe.
